I've been researching various brands as I've recently discovered the benefits of silk. For 22 Momme, this was surprisingly affordable (unlike other brands that are more than 60 quid). Have recommended to friends already so expect more orders soon :)
I struggle sleeping when there's loud noises or bright lights. So Dreamie is the perfect solution, keeps my earplugs in at night (they always used to fall out before this). And it actually blocks out all light like they say it does. Impressed.
This might sound strange, but I am a serial napper :P I even take it with me to the office daily, great way to shut out the rest of the world for a quick lunchtime snooze
